Keira has been asking to go to the beach for weeks now and since the weather was cooperating we thought we would load up the car and head over to Ocean Beach. There was no fog and the sun was out, what a treat! Keira immediately took off her shoes and socks and made way for the water.
She had a great time running around, looking for rocks and petting dogs. She was a bit too brave and ended up getting knocked over by an incoming wave. Obviously she takes after her dad, because if I got that wet I would be heading home to a hot shower. Instead she peeled off her wet clothes, put on her fleece jacket and sat on the sand in her diaper for another 40 minutes making sandcastles.
