Planet Granite - Climbing Camp

Keira and her friend Izzy spent spring break at Climbing Camp this year.

What an amazing experience for these two little girls. It was a wonderful way to for them to build strength and confidence while having fun. It was also inspiring for us to watch them overcome fears and make progress on the climbs each day. Keira was more goal orientated that I thought she would be and really was focused on making it to the top each climb.

We had three instructors, Paul, Travis and Peter. It was interesting to see the different style of instructor and how the kids responded to them. I think Travis was everyone’s favorite… even Akemi told him that she loved him on his last day.

Now I think that Naveen and I need to take some climbing lessons so we can continue to climb as a family.

Spring Sing Along

The performances at Little Stompers are such special memories for parents and kids alike.



This was the first year we were able to be part of the Spring Sing Along since last year we were back in Chicago. Keira and Akemi love singing and have been practicing their songs a lot at home the past few months.

It was fun to them take their turn with the microphone. :)



 Naveen also got a lot of cute pictures to capture the day.
