Saying that this year came to a close with a bang would be the understatement of, well, the year. Crystal and I couldn't think of a better way to ring it in and we couldn't be happier about our growing family. We got some great news on Friday with Keira as her OMS symptoms are responding to the change in her steroid dose, and Akemi must have been so excited she decided that she wanted to come out and celebrate a few hours later.
Her entrance into this world was a bit rocky, but she's been doing really well and we're hoping that she'll be out of the nursery by tomorrow.
